-For individual entree orders, we’ll provide forks, napkins, chopsticks, single serve sauces
-For Buffet packages, we’ll provide plates, serving utensils, forks, napkins, chopsticks and pint size sauces
-For buffet packages with warming racks we’ll provide and setup your warming racks, sterno fuels, water pans; we also bring our own lighter and hot water to complete the setup at delivery.
-Beverages: individual drinks are delivered ice cold; gallon beverages will include cups, ices and lemons
Yes we can and encourage you to inform us of any guest with allergies. Gluten free entrees are prepared individually and wrapped for added safety upon delivery. Nut allergies: while we do not use any nuts in our menu, occasionally we source specialty desserts for clients which may contain nuts. Shellfish allergies: we do serve shrimp on our menu and will accommodate when notified.
Keep in mind just because you do not order shrimp that it is shellfish allergen friendly. When we are notified, we will take extra precautions to prepare your order before any shellfish is prepared.
Everything is disposable. There is nothing needed to be returned from your ordering. Warming chafer racks are disposable. However, they are made to be reused if preferred.
We transport your hot food in insulated catering boxes so your hot food stays hot for the entire travel duration. Once set out for service, you can expect the food to stay hot to serve for 30-45 minutes afterwards ... .Generally plenty of time for your guests to serve themselves.
We transport your Individual entrees in insulated catering boxes so each container is hot upon delivery. You can expect food to stay hot for 30-45 minutes. Keep in mind the containers are microwave safe for reheating if needed.
You can never order catering too early but you can be too late. Most of our clients will 3-7 days in advance so we can prepare and coordinate delivery. The more advance notice provided the easier it will be for us to accommodate. For special events such as weddings you will want to secure your catering event date at least a 2 months in advance. We understand that many times last minute catering requests are needed and we have been able to accommodate with a few hours notice. Just reach out and let us know how we can help.
Catering payments should be made online or in advance. The day of your catering delivery, we prefer to focus solely on preparing, delivering and setting up your event without the distraction of finding the client for payment.
While Japanese Hibachi is our primary specialty, we have clients who have special menu requests. We can discuss your special menu ideas for your event to determine if we can accommodate. This requires advance discussion, quoting and sourcing for your future event and last minute special menu events are discouraged.
We cater for many types of events. Most events are delivery drop off with setup using all disposable service ware. We can cater special events such as weddings and parties whole providing service staff to setup, assist with service and cleanup. Special event caterings need to be discussed and quoted in advance.
The day of your catering delivery, we focus strictly on preparation, delivery and set up of your order. Payments are handled before the delivery date and no signature is required for any acceptance. Many times, our clients are not even at the delivery location. We only require someone to direct us where to set up the catering order.
